PacketCable™ — How to Participate
The rapidly growing PacketCable community is made up of both vendors and CableLabs member companies. Vendors may join the PacketCable community as either NDA vendors or IPR vendors.

Join the PacketCable community as an NDA vendor
Joining the PacketCable community as an NDA vendor provides many benefits and privileges. As a participant, you will:
  • Receive an individual login/password to the restricted PacketCable DocZone area.
  • Receive e-mail announcements concerning PacketCable project activities and events.
  • Participate in the PacketCable compliance testing program.
  • Participate in the review process for draft PacketCable specifications and test plans.
  • Participate in regular project update meetings.
  • Participate in the ECR/ECO/ECN process.
The NDA obligates you to maintain the confidentiality of the non-public information you will be able to access. Please have your company's corporate officer (i.e., president, vice president, CEO, legal rep) read, sign, and then fax the original to PacketCable at 303.926.5930.

Join the PacketCable community as an IPR vendor
Joining PacketCable as an IPR vendor provides all the same benefits as an NDA vendor as well as several important additional benefits:
  • An individual login/password to both IPR and NDA sections of the restricted PacketCable DocZone area.
  • Participation in PacketCable specification focus teams.
